Statue of Liberty
Given to the United States from the people of France, the Statue of Liberty was dedicated in 1886, designated a National Monument in 1924 and then restored for her centennial celebration in 1986. Located on the 12 mile Liberty Island, a ferry is the only access to the Statue. Once there you have the option of a Ranger guided tour or a self guided audio tour. There is also a Visitors Center, refreshment center with seating, and a gift shop.
Empire State Building
One of the most iconic landmarks in the world, the Empire State Building soars more than a quarter of mile above New York City. There are two Observatories open to the public, one on the 86th floor and one on the 102nd floor. On the 80th floor there is a permanent documentary exhibit that showcases the history, engineering and construction of the building along with reproductions of the photos and mementos of the over 3,400 workers who helped to create history.
NBC Studio Tour
Located in famed Rockefeller Center, the NBC Studio Tour gives you the opportunity to go behind the scenes of an award winning television set. There are fun interactive things to do like give a weather demonstration in front of the green screen, have your picture taken at a real television news desk, see the interworkings of both a studio control room and a hair and makeup room. The tour includes the sets where Saturday Night Live, The Today Show, NBC Nightly News, Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, MSNBC and The Dr. Oz Show are all broadcast.
Baseball Hall of Fame
Located in Cooperstown, NY the Baseball Hall of Fame was dedicated in 1939 in order to preserve the great and rich history of America’s number one sport. The museum includes historical artifacts, over 500,000 photographs, three million books and documents and treasured memorabilia of the game and its players. Make sure to visit the Hall of Fame gallery, the Bronze Plaque Gallery and the Sand Lot Kids Clubhouse.
Maid of the Mist
This historical ride is a half hour of a thrill of a lifetime! Experience the mist and learn the history as you get up close and personal with one of the Seven Wonders of the World. A complementary souvenir raincoat is provided to every guest!
Oh Canada, Eh? Dinner Show
Oh Canada, Eh? is a seven time winner of the Niagara Falls Tourism’s Attraction of the Year! A two hour show with all Canadian music from maritime folk songs to modern pop, there is also a singing Mountie, a dancing Hockey Player, Klondike Kitty and more!
